DeveloperBee designed and built **Sainath IntelliOps** — a secure, hybrid (local + cloud), multi-department Operating System that incorporates custom AI assistants (FinanceGPT, ProcureGPT, SalesGPT, and BoardGPT) for real-time tracking, RERA compliance automation, material delivery alerts, and automated bank reconciliation.

Operational Challenges

• Siloed Systems: Accounts manual data entries in Tally; Sales tracking in loose WhatsApp groups; HR lists in Excel.

We engineered a secure Hybrid Infrastructure featuring a Local Server (Dell PowerEdge) for sensitive payroll, accounts, and legal data (ensuring DPDP Act data localization compliance) and an encrypted AWS Cloud replication layer for remote dashboard access.
