The Client: A high-growth fashion retailer in India planning to expand globally.

The Problem: Their existing Shopify store was struggling to handle complex multi-currency transactions and custom inventory logic required for international shipping. They faced high transaction fees and limited customization options for their unique "Try-On" feature requests.

The Solution: We architected a Headless E-commerce solution using React.js (Next.js) for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. This decoupled architecture provided the speed and flexibility they needed, while a custom middleware synchronized inventory across 3 global warehouses in real-time.

Challenges & Solutions

• Scalability for Flash Sales: During sales, traffic spikes by 500x. We implemented Redis caching and AWS Auto Scaling to ensure zero downtime even with 10,000+ concurrent users.
• Inventory Synchronization: Keeping stock levels accurate across Mumbai, Dubai, and London warehouses was complex. We built a custom sync engine that updates global inventory in under 2 seconds.
• Payment Complexity: Accepting payments in 20+ currencies requires robust handling. We integrated Stripe Connect and Razorpay with dynamic currency conversion at checkout.
• Mobile Performance: With 80% of traffic from mobile, speed was paramount. We used PWA (Progressive Web App) technology to deliver an app-like experience on the web.
