The Problem: The firm relied on legacy statistical models that were slow to process market data, leading to delayed decision-making. In a volatile market, they needed a system that could analyze terabytes of data in real-time to identify risks and opportunities instantly.

The Solution: We developed a custom Predictive Analytics Platform using Python and TensorFlow. The system ingests live market feeds, processes them via Apache Spark, and uses deep learning models to forecast trends with high accuracy.

Challenges & Solutions

• Processing Big Data: The system had to ingest and clean over 5TB of historical data and everyday live feeds. We utilized Apache Spark for distributed processing to handle this scale efficiently.
• Real-Time Inference: Traders needed insights in milliseconds. We optimized our TensorFlow models and deployed them on a high-speed inference server, achieving sub-100ms latency.
• Data Security: Handling sensitive financial data required strict compliance. We implemented VPC peering, encryption-at-rest (AES-256), and audit logging to meet SOC2 requirements.
• Complex Visualization: Technical outputs needed to be understandable for business analysts. We integrated Tableau and built custom D3.js dashboards to visualize probability distributions intuitively.
